Big Block Chevy
Features:

Stainless steel large diameter main shaft with high performance ceramic seal.

Pump will clear cam belt drives and most blower drives.
1 inch ID inlet adapters are available for #12AN,#16AN,#20AN and 1¼, 1½, 1¾.

Technical Specifications:

Belt Drives:
Standard SBC /BBC design will clear Jessel belt drives and comparable belt drive systems.

Distributer Belt Drives:
Spacers will be necessary to clear belt drive distributor systems.

Finishing The System:
This pump is supplied complete with gaskets and hardware but without the inlet fitting. The fitting needs to be ordered according to the size of the lower radiator hose (high flow pumps come with a 1 ¾ hose fitting welded in place).

Amperage draw:
Under normal use the pump will draw 6-7 amps.

16 volt systems:
When purchasing a pump for a 16 volt system we recommend the 16 volt optional motor on our pump. The 12 volt pump will work for limited use applications.

Additional Notes:
The standard 35 GPM pump is suitable for normally aspirated engines up to 650HP. Supercharged, Turbocharged and high compression, high horsepower applications should use the 55GPM High Flow pump only.

Efficient direct drive electric motor combines light weight (only 5½ pounds) and efficient hydrodynamic design that delivers 35 GPM free flowing rating (55 GPM in high flow version).
All stainless steel hardware included.
Inlet adapters available for 1¼, 1½, 1¾, #12AN, #16AN, and #20AN.

Reservoir Pump Kits

Our new reservoir pump is the most innovative solution for those difficult-to-fill systems. It was specifically designed for dragsters where the radiator is laying down flat; either in the front of the driver or over the transmission. It has also proven to be a great help in some kit car applications and other situations where the radiator is inaccessible. Its integrated surge tank makes these systems easy to fill in just a fraction of the time. As with any of our product, there is a full satisfaction guarantee and a two year warranty.

Reservoir Pumps: “Revolutionary”
A cure for the problems associated with low and horizontal mounted radiators. The 200 series pumps have a built in expansion tank that serves as a fill point and air separator. Returning the pressure cap to the suction side of the system allows you to fill the system easily with the pump running and maintains the level by purging accumulated air before any water escapes. With a head of water above a self priming pump cavity, this design eliminates air locking and cavitation.

The rear engine dragster kit is designed to mount the radiator horizontally over the transmission. The kit includes all major components of the cooling system: pump, radiator with fan and shroud, fittings, hoses and overflow system. Before installation, trial fit parts, cut and assemble hoses.
